Semi-finished powder mix for strawberry – flavoured soft gelato.
Gluten free / No hydrogenated fats
Ingredients: sugar, dried skimmed MILK, dried whole MILK, thickening agents: E466, E412; acidifier: citric acid; strawberry natural flavouring, flavourings, salt, colourings: E150d, E129.
The product may contain traces of: soy, nuts and sulphur dioxide.
Semifinished product not for immediate consumption. Store in a fresh and dry place.
Instructions for use: mix the content of the bag with 2 lt of water until completely dissolved and pour into the soft ice cream machine.
