Description
Instructions for use: for sorbet: mix the content of one bag with 4 L of water with a whisk. Pour the mixture into the slushing machine.
For Ice cream: mix the content of one bag with 3 L of water with a whisk. It is possible to replace 300/500 ml of water with fresh fruits.
Gluten free / No hydrogenated fats / Palm oil free
Ingredients: sugar, dehydrated glucose syrup, dextrose, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat (coconut), acidify agents: citric acid; emulsifiers: E466, E412, E417, E471, E472a; flavourings, MILK protein powder, stabilizers: E340; colourings: E129, E102.
The product may contain traces of: soy, nuts and sulphur dioxide.
